Will Spain and Italy now have the possibilty of turning around their death spiral economies? Will the paper that will be purchased be of a quality that German taxpayers will be protected? Is this the solution to systemic problems in the southern periphery of Europe? Or are we just pushing off the inevitable with more debt that will cost someone even more in the future.]]></description>
