It’s sad to report the passing of Yra’s father, Joseph Harris (aka Snake Eyes). Yra will be mourning his father’s passing and will resume writing next Sunday night. Thank you and kiss all your loved ones. (The obituary will be at the Chicago Tribune in the Monday edition.)

I first remember Joey from the silver coins pit on the CME floor back in 1973. He was a throwback to another era. I wish Joey eternal peace. He loved his family very much. I’ve known Yra for about the same amount of time and we have been very good friends over the years. Yra is the salt of the earth and I want to give Yra and his family a big heartfelt hug at this moment in their lives. G-D bless, Yah Yah.
