Notes From Underground: Sitting Down With Two Canadians

On Tuesday, I had the pleasure of sitting down with the Financial Repression Authority’s Richard Bonugli and David Rosenberg to discuss the FEDERAL RESERVE and the global macro financial system. We don’t agree on all things but in an effort to enlighten our audience, we dig deep and shine light where others fear to tread. Enjoy the hour and as always pour a stiff drink. You will need it.

We need to keep an eye on the move by French President Macron to forge an independent China policy for the EU. We at NOTES FROM UNDERGROUND have maintained that Emanuel Macron, since his election, was an old-school Gaullist in his designs to raise the international political stature of the French Republic. Macron’s efforts cannot be written off as the being caught on an open microphone for Elysee Palace vetted the interview before Politico released it to the public. The last paragraph to the interview said:
“As is common in France and many other European countries, the French President’s office, known as Elysee Palace, insisted on checking and “proofreading” all the President’s quotes to be published in this article as a condition of granting the interview. This violates Politico’s editorial standards and policy, but we agreed to the terms in order to speak directly with the French president. Politico insisted that it cannot deceive its readers and would not publish anything the president did not say. The quotes in this article were all actually said by the president, but some parts of the interview in which the president spoke even more frankly about Taiwan and Europe’s strategic autonomy were cut out by the Elysee.”
As we warned in January, there are many piles of tinder to be ignited by a single spark.

Hi Yra, I’m reading more about a Gold-backed currency that the BRICs may announce in August. I could see it being very significant. Mayne worth a discussion on here.
    Hope you’re doing well.
